Bulk Item and White Goods Recycling

BULK ITEMS

Items having great volume in proportion to weight, and shall include but not be limited to hot water heaters, furniture, bedding, rugs, etc.

WHITE GOODS

Primarily used appliances such as washing machines, stoves, refrigerators, etc.. **IMPORTANT!!!— Refrigerators, air conditioners, and dehumidifiers placed curbside for collection must have freon removed and have a copy of the certification papers from the freon recovery station attached to the unit.

GENERAL INFO

All Bulk Items & White Goods must be placed curbside for collection on regular pick up day and have pink “bulk item” sticker attached.

Bulk Item Sticker Fees:

• Contract Period One (1/1/07 to 12/31/09) $15.00
• Contract Period Two (1/1/10 to 12/31/10) $18.50
• Contract Period Three (1/1/11 to 12/31/11) $19.00

White Item Sticker Fees:

• Contract Period One (1/1/07 to 12/31/09) $35.00
• Contract Period Two (1/1/10 to 12/31/10) $39.50
• Contract Period Three (1/1/11 to 12/31/11) $41.00
